Quels en sont les facteurs ? Comment g\u00e8rent-ils leur stress ? Comment mieux les accompagner ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate du Thermom\u00e8tre Solidaris r\u00e9v\u00e9lait qu\u2019un Belge francophone sur 10 d\u00e9clare ressentir souvent ou tr\u00e8s souvent de l\u2019angoisse, de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 voire de la d\u00e9pression. Avec cette deuxi\u00e8me enqu\u00eate, Solidaris s\u2019interroge sur le travail et le stress. 900 travailleurs (salari\u00e9s et ind\u00e9pendants) en Belgique francophone ainsi que 60 m\u00e9decins du travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9s sur cette th\u00e9matique. Toutefois, certains profils de personnes sont plus sujets au stress :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les femmes (particuli\u00e8rement les familles monoparentales)<\/li>\n<li>Les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et les profils commerciaux<\/li>\n<li>Les salari\u00e9s des grandes entreprises<\/li>\n<li>Le personnel des call centers et des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms<\/li>\n<li>Les op\u00e9rateurs de cha\u00eenes de productions<\/li>\n<li>Les personnes qui ont un emploi pr\u00e9caire : les int\u00e9rimaires<\/li>\n<li>Les employ\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de prime collective de productivit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Les personnes qui sont en contact avec des clients\/usagers\/\u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-4902c5de73ef83f33 fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_4902c5de73ef83f33\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"4902c5de73ef83f33\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-601-1\" data-target=\"#4902c5de73ef83f33\" href=\"#4902c5de73ef83f33\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Les facteurs de stress : 4 cat\u00e9gories<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"4902c5de73ef83f33\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_4902c5de73ef83f33\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019intensification du travail : le fait de se sentir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par la masse de choses \u00e0 faire, la difficult\u00e9 de devoir g\u00e9rer sans cesse un flux d\u2019informations. Cette cat\u00e9gorie p\u00e8se pour \u00bc de ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re du stress chez les salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>La violence des relations humaines dans le travail : l\u2019absence de consid\u00e9ration de la part de l\u2019employeur, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9valuation de plus en plus importants et la crainte de d\u00e9cevoir ses coll\u00e8gues ou son patron.<\/li>\n<li>Les conditions \u00ab\u00a0fonctionnelles\u00a0\u00bb de travail : un cadre d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able ou des horaires indigestes\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Le sentiment des travailleurs de ne plus parvenir \u00e0
